The Most Personal Computer
In 1976, Steve Wozniak realized his design for a computer on a board. Steve Jobs packaged it and sold it.
The original Apple I board sold for $666.66, because Woz like repeating digits. The Apple computer was
a revolution, as it was the first of its kind to have a keyboard and monitor interface, with storage to
cassette tape. Building the success of the original computer, the following year, Apple shipped its first personal computer,
the Apple II that could be plugged in, turned on and was ready to use, making it an ideal personal computer
for the home and school.
